This is part of an old table top, or wall mounted jukebox. (The kind you might find at a bar, tavern or restaurant.) It is ONLY the exterior front cover, or face. Sorry - I do NOT have any other parts. A metal plate, attached to the bottom, reads (in part): "SEEBURG MUSIC SYSTEM...WALL-O-MATIC...WIRELESS...Type W4-L56 Maximum Watts 75...J.P. SEEBURG CORP...CHICAGO, U.S.A." It measures just under 10 & 3/4 inches tall, and is 8 & 1/2 inches wide. It ...is 4 & 1/2 inches deep. It is fairly small, but made of HEAVY steel. It appears that someone painted this a couple of times, but most of the newer paint is worn off, back down to the original surface. (Should be easy enough to remove the newer paint, as it is literally flaking off.) This model seems to have been made between 1946 and 1948 - give or take. I don't see any structural damage, like cracks or breaks. It a pretty cool old item, waiting for a creative person to "re-purpose" it. It is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
