Silver Surfer #1 CGC SS 7.0(Restored) Signed by Stan Lee. The Ultimate gift for a serious collector. I really don't agree with cgc's grade of restored but accept it as they are professionals. I can't see any color touch.Case has always been protected by plastic.Check out my other listings.
