Vintage Gibson L - 50 Guitar Banner Logo 1943 For Restoration

As the title States, this guitar is being sold for restoration. As you can see, it has seen better days. Whoever owned it played it a lot, as you can see from the fretboard. The previous owner did have a pickup on a guitar at one time. The full length of this guitar is 40- 1/4". Most of the back binding is missing and it does appear to have had a sloppy repair down the middle of the back where the seam meets. The bottom bout is 16-1/4". The banner logo and thick Gibson name on the head...stock indicate it was made in the early to mid 40's. There is no case but it will be package with great care. If the eBay shipping quotes exceeds the actual shipping amount, I will refund the difference . Thanks for looking.
