Beautiful, Framed Seascape Oil Painting

Up for sale is this beautiful, vintage oil on canvas seascape painting. Please excuse the glare in the photos. This painting depicts waves crashing along the rocky California coast. The sight area is approximately 17 1/2 inches by 23 1/2 inches (the stretched canvas is slightly larger, at around 18 inches by 24 inches). The art is nicely presented in a vintage, go...ld-finished wooden frame, which is probably a bit older than the artwork; the frame measures approximately 22 9/16 inches by 28 5/8 inches. Unpacked, this piece weighs 5 pounds 1 ounce. This seascape would be a great addition to a vintage fine art collection.
Identification
This piece is by the well-known California artist, Marian Barnett (1913-1978). Barnett is listed on askART. Per askART, Barnett was born in Washington, D.C. She painted and exhibited during the mid 20th century in the San Luis Obispo, California area. Barnett lived in the Los Osos, California, and she passed away in San Luis Obispo. She is known for California coastal landscapes and still lifes.
Condition
The painting looks great overall. The frame looks very good overall, with light wear and a few minor touch-ups. In my opinion, this piece is ready to hang and enjoy. Please review the photos, and ask any questions you may have prior to bidding or buying.

1. Payments
Taxes may be applicable. The correct shipping address must be included with payment. Payments must be received within three days of the end of the listing, unless prior arrangements have been made.
2. Shipping
Good packaging is included; double-boxing is not necessarily included. Framed art will not be shipped unframed. The seller usually ships on Mondays and Thursdays. The merchandise will normally be shipped on the seller's next shipping day after payment clears. The seller is not responsible for the transit time once the merchandise has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Shipping includes delivery to a physical address via a method of the seller's choice. If the buyer prefers a different shipping method other than that chosen by the seller, or if delivery is to a post office box, additional shipping costs may be required. At the seller's discretion, a signature may be required for delivery.
Shipping quotes must be requested prior to all international bidding or buying. For international shipping, there may be parcel size restrictions or prohibitions on certain classes of merchandise. Customs forms will not be falsified.
