With the brake pads at the tops of their slots, you may run this bike as a 700c road bike, as shown. With the brake pads at the bottoms of their slots, you may run it as a 650b road bike or randonneur (or commuter, for that matter). I know because I have used both sizes of wheel on this bike. It accommodates 650b x 38 tires.
This bike has been ridden but not abused. You'll find scuffs and scratches and chips in the paint, and a few green touch-ups, too. I have shown many of the most scratched or touched-up areas in the photographs.
Sale includes a replacement gold Columbus decal for the seat tube.
I'm selling this bike because I seldom ride fast on the road any more. This bike deserves to be ridden.
NOTE: The shipping fee is only an estimate. This bike will be professionally packed at my local bike shop and shipped to you, insured, via ShipBikes and FedEx Ground. When you buy the bike, please contact me and I'll get your zip code in order to get you the total cost of shipping. The shipping fee will be approximately $150 to $225, contingent on where you live.
Any questions, please ask. Thanks for looking. Happy riding.
