Vintage 1950’s Arnot Santa Claus In Boot W/Spaghetti Trim Gold Edge 6 1/2”

The base of this ceramic boot is approximately 4 1/2” long. The bottom has two crossed blue arrows, a ripped sticker indicating Japan and the number 7517. I found this Santa with Christmas items at my parents home. It was a decoration on the room dividing shelves at the holidays. I am not a collector and am identifying spaghetti trim from what I see on EBay. The only imperfection I see is a white sit in the red paint on bottom part of boot. The paint there appears to have dripped. In... the black base of boot there is a white mark, but this area is glazed and smooth. I think a paint defect. Please look at pictures for more details.
