BEATLESUK, A Hard Days Night, original first issue 1964 UKmonoLP.PMC1230, original 1964 UK black and yellow Parlophone labels.AUK LP in original condition, featuring:1.on the rear of the sleeve there is anoriginal shop ‘stamp’ thatsays, ‘Hurley, 10 Taff St, Pontypride’, 2.original UK 1964 mono record matrix of, 3N / 3N, 3.comes with its original, ‘Use Emitex’ inner sleeve.CONDITION:THEMAIN SLEEVE:is in excellentcondition, the front of the sleeve is laminated. The lamin...ate hasremained very clean and glossyand isfree from any ‘thumb’ creases. Thespine is in near excellent condition and has remained clean, whiteand straight and all the text on the spine is clear to read. The rearof the sleeve has remained very clean. The rear of the sleevefeatures theperiod, 1960s, ‘tri flipback’, ie‘foldover’ edge design.ThereareNO splits, tears, penwriting, stickersor sticker residue on the sleeve. There is a small ‘nick’ to therear opening edge, located mid / lower part. There is some handwriting written in pencil on the rear, top right, that says, £1 –16 – 6.THEINNER SLEEVE:is in near excellentcondition and is the original, ‘UseEmitex’ inner sleeve.Thetwo opening edges have remained clean. Aclean and crease free original inner sleeve. Theres NO pen writing, tears, stickers or sticker residue to the inner sleeve. There is aslight split to one side edge and some slight age related marks toeach side.THERECORD:sideone is in near excellentcondition, side one would have been graded higher, ie as ‘excellent++’ butthere is a non audible ‘scuff’ that runs over track one, two, three, four and part into track five. Side two is in nearMINTcondition. Note: the condition of the record has been judged undernormal ‘daylight’ conditions. The record has remained very darkand glossy and shows little signs of play.Thematrix is: XEX481 - 3Nand XEX482 - 3N, Themother / stampers are: ‘2 H’ and ‘6 TP’.THEAUDIO:side one playsexcellent, with just some light ‘crackle’ heard here and there. Side twoplays excellent+.The record plays with a full, powerful period mono sound. The recordlays flat on the turntable.THELABELS:each ofthe record labelsarein excellent+condition. The letters ‘KT’ are embossed around the spindle holeon side two. The labels are free from any pen writing, stickers orsticker residue.
