Fully Functional! There is no surface rust on the base and chrome, the cooking surfaces are in excellent condition. Also, the handles are not broke as some of the machines they do tend to break off over time. Over all in excellent condition and ready for use. Please do not ask for more pictures as the item is boxed up and ready to ship.
