You are Viewing a Vintage Tippco Wind-Up Blue and White Ambulance/Panel Van TCO 853 Made in US Zone Germany.The panel van/ambulance is in good condition. It does work when wound up. It doesn't have a key. It is tin Lithograph. It has a picture of two men in the windshield and one man each in both front windows. The van has TCO in the back window. It has TC 853 on the back license plate. It is: 3-1/2" long by 1-1/4" tall by 1-1/4" wide. It would make a fantastic addition to any col...lection. Shipping: I try to ship all items within 72 hours from receipt of payment but, sometimes due to holidays, weekends, post office closings, and a busy schedule of my own that is not always possible. I do send a notice to buyers as to when the item is shipped. Insurance: is included in the shipping and handling fees for US bidders. Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are only made if there is a significant error in the item description and it is not evident in the photos. Refunds are made for the purchase price only. Shipping fees are not included. For a refund to be made, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was originally shipped and it must be returned withing 7 days of receipt of the item.
