The building is in almost excellent condition. The bird on the top is missing. The box is in excellent condition. The sign is missing. The light cord is included and works. The motion cord is attached and works to turn the spinning sign at the top of the building. On the side of the building in the window it says "See them made". The S has been compromised. Also on one side there is a white mark between t...he p and y. As a bonus you will receive the accessory of a young man holding a box of donuts in one arm, and raising a donut in the other. Unfortunately, the girl on the back is missing, but it still looks cute!It is priced for this condition. Still a treasure!
