Vintage Christmas Tree Twinklers in original box. Set of 4. Made by the Plakie Toy Company in Youngstown Ohio. Original price tag of $1.00 on box. Twinklers are made to go directly above your tree lights so that the heat makes the Twinklers spin and glimmer in perpetual motion! Colors are bright pink, blue, and green. As found condition.
