A vintage brass Petzval-type large format lens made by Steinheil Munchen. With 63mm mounting thread. 92mm long. Serial no: 9187. Infinity image focus at 9 inches behind the mounting flange.
Signs of age and use with marks to the lacquered brass. Some fine internal dust and a few very light scratches to the front and rear elements. Traces of balsam to the edge of the front element.
