Vintage Pioneer SX-980 Stereo Reciever
All Original 1 Owner Fully Working Unit Cleaned & Fully Tested Unit Fast shipping and Handling
PLEASE READ OVER THE DETAILS AS FOLLOWED AS I DO MY BEST TO DESCRIBE EVERY ITEM I SELL ON EBAY TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.
The unit is in excellent overall shape functionality wise, as well as great cosmetically. All inputs, speaker channels (L&R channels sound equal and strong), buttons,... knobs, switches, meters, dials, and lights work as they should (except for what is noted below). Very minor but want to note. 1. FM light is out (blue) all of the rest work 2. FM mute button seems to be intermittent sometimes but does not affect the functions in any way. (Could be user error) 3. FM tuner was calibrated and tunes in great! Sounds excellent! However, Dial is off by about 3/10s EXAMPLE (if tuned into 100.5 it will be on about 100.8) does not affect function at all! Cosmetically the silver face looks amazing no noticeable flaws all knobs buttons and switches are there and intact. Glass looks great as well as the AM/FM and meter back grounds. (One very small scratch on top of the silver face hard to notice). Small wood chip on left rear side of wood case. (About the size of a quarter or half dollar for comparison size) no other noticeable notable flaws that stand out. Has normal overall signs of use small scuffs and scratches nothing really noticeable unless really looking for them. Inside of unit looks great with a very clean interior.
