Offered in this sale is a vintage or perhaps antique Chinese or Japanese porcelain bowl decorated in a style reminiscent of Kakiemon. It has a blue hand painted six character mark on the back, however, I have not been able to identify the mark. The painting is very finely done. The flat rim is also embellished with splashes of gold gilt. It measures roughly 8 3/4" in diameter. The condition is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines or restoration. Please be sure to enlarge and zoom each image for a close up view of the detail of the decoration and the condition and do not hesitate to send me a message if you have questions or would like additional images shot from a different angle.
