Click images to enlarge Description This BEAUTIFUL cotton 30's apple blossom quilt is hand appliqued and hand quilted, with... hand embroidered accents and a soft yellow background.
It measures 76" X 86" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint spots and no wear.
The quilting is superb, with quilting around and within the applique and in elaborate feathered, swag, curlicue, ribbon, straight line and other designs in the background, all at an even 7-8 stitches to the inch.
The back and hand stitched binding are pale yellow, and the batting is thin.
The CHEERY DESIGN, DENSE APPLIQUE, and LUSH QUILTING make this vintage beauty stand out!
