Fantastic vintage Viscoloid/celluloid Halloween roly poly toy depicting a witch holding a black cat while sitting on a happy Jack-O-Lantern. Strong, bright colors. Orange JOL with black and white eyes, red lips and toothy grin. The witch is finely molded and painted. She wears an orange cloak with black checkered trim and a flowing black cape and red shoes. Her hat is orange, checkered, with a black brim, red pompom and orange tassel. A black cat wit...h smiling red mouth stands on her lap. 3 1/2" tall, Viscoloid mark.
