Lovely Rare Vintage Sampson Mordan Sterling Silver Carpenters Sliding Pencil
The pencil is made by famous maker Sampson Mordan and is sterling silver hallmarked as follows:
Maker - SM&CO (Sampson Mordan)
Assay Office - Anchor (Birmingham)
Lion - Sterling Silver Mark
Date Letter - f (1905)
The hallmarks are a bit rubber and faded as shown in the photo.
Condition wise the pencil is ok but there are some scratches and a few tiny dings in places as show...n in the photos.
I have included two pencils one inside the pencil and another new spare one (these aren't in the photos but included)
