Up for consideration is a rare and complete copy of "LIVE AT THE FILLMORE EAST" by JIMI HENDRIX which is pressed on the custom MCA label in 1999. The very shiny vinyl is beautiful exhibiting no wear when examined under a bright light. ( I question whether it has been played at all ) The custom labels are very cool and are also in good condition. There is some light wear around part of the spindle holes, but they still project nice quality. Also included is a colorful seven (7) page pro...gram which contains a lot of neat, color photos as well as a background sketch of Jimi's activities prior to FILLMORE EAST and the concert itself. Also included is a sealed PROMO CD of "HENDRIX- LIVE AT THE FILLMORE EAST" which was part of the original package when sold 20 years ago. And finally the beautiful tri-fold cover displays very nicely with it's only flaw being wear and some scraping along it's inseam border.( see picture) This is very hard to find in today's marketplace, especially with the booklet and promo cd (sealed) as part of the offering. This would be a great addition for any collection, promoting one of his greatest career performances!
