Here at auction with NO reserve is the wonderful "Boy Feeding Dog" German tin penny toy by Meier. A rare and fun lithographed tin penny toy with mechanical action: boy with white shirt with blue edging and mottled trousers, basket over left arm, dangling sausage at prancing, begging dog. Really nice details in the litho and good action as the dog jumps up for the sausage when the lever is pushed. All on a wonderful gold wash base.
