You are bidding on a Vintage 24" Mechanical Santa Claus Store Display Window Animated Harold Gale from the 1950s. This great piece has a ANIMATRONIC santa with a TREASURE CHEST that opens & closes. The motor works but is creeky & noisy...probably just needs some oil.
In overall good condition with some wear including faded discoloration and patina, normal for a piece of this age. There is a little ding on top ofbthe chest cover as pointed out. Beard has gr...ayed from age.
Could use a good dusting In good working order, Santa opens and closes the chest smoothly and the cord is in great condition. Please see all photos for the best understanding of condition. Measures 24" tall, 18" wide green base but treasure chest is 12"" wide, and about 13" deep. Last photo is of Christmas 2006!
