Nantucket Handwoven Basket Signed Jarmum.My Mother bought this basket on a trip to New England in the 1985. It is in excellent condition . I could not see any problems with it at all. It has 2 whales on top and 3 little whales on the inside of the lid. There is a 1985 copper penny in the center of the 3 whales and a penny in the bottom dated 1985. Signed on the bottom Jarmum. It measures 12” with handle up, basket alone is 7 inches high and the basket is 5 inches wide. I inherited a ...lot of stuff from my mother, and can’t keep it all. I hope to find a good home for this as it would make someone a nice present at Christmas. Thank you for looking and have a good day.
