A vintage Seiko Gulf Oil Company watch. I believe this was an employee award. I don't know much about watches but it is working and keeping proper time. Shows a little expected wear and could use a little cleaning, which I always leave to the buyer. Has Japan in tiny letters at the bottom of the dial followed by 7123 - 888L R (could be an A but I think it's an R). Please take a close look at the photos for more on condition.
