This is a vintage Farberware Griddle.There is a reason that this griddle is in such demand; it heats evenly and consistently.My children woke to pancakes made on a grill exactly like this (yes, I still have mine and won't be giving it up!)But not only pancakes can be made on this griddle. It makes wonderful grilled cheese sandwiches, and even stir fry dishes. It's larger than a stove top pan and you can make the whole griddle full of bacon to cook for a large group.
