Another big and hard to find Japanese tin car byATC Asahi Toy. This beautiful and totally original 1966 Buick LeSabre 4 door hardtopmeasures approximately 19" long (48.3 cm) by 5.5” tall (14 cm) and 6.25"wide (15.9 cm). This is a hard to find car and is absolutely beautiful. In “The BigBook of Tin Toy Cars”, Ron Smith andWilliam C. Gallaher rate this car a 9 in scarcity on a 10 point scale witha very high dollar value. This car istotally original and without a single touchu...p anywhere. The bright metallicblue paint is very nice but does have a few minor spots of spidering that justauthenticate the originality of the car. The colorful, silver and green-lithographedinterior adds a very nice touch of color to the overall presentation. All ofthe tin trim including bumpers, grill, windshield trim and hubcaps are in verynice condition, totally original and still shiny although there are a few spotsof abrasion and tarnish. The celluloid in the windows is original and very nice.The baseplate is original showing its age, and includes the original ATC label.The friction works, as it should. The rubber tires and tin hubcaps are in goodcondition. The condition and size of this car makes for an outstanding display.It is difficult to find cars of this size in nice original condition. 14-Day return privilege. Buyer pays shippingcosts.
