Nintendo Game & Watch Crystal Screen Mario Bros. YM - 801 Spares & Repairs

Nintendo Game & Watch Super Mario Bros. Crystal Screen YM-801 from 1986. Device is faulty: it powers on, but the display does not work properly. Mario can be seen but the rest of the screen does not display and some objects which should not appear such as hammers and Lakitu sometimes appear. It could possibly be fixed by a technically minded person. Comes with original box and manual. Manual has some faint writing on the top in the sky near Lakitu but is otherwise in good condition... other than some age-related colouring. Box has some light wear and creasing and the words 'Super Mario Bros' on the front are an odd colour. Battery cover has a scratch. Screen has some light scratches but nothing serious. Please see the photos for details of condition.
