Another hard to find Japanese tin car with theoriginal box by Alps/Sato. Thisbeautifully styled 1956 Plymouth Belvedere 4 door hardtop measures approximately8.5" long (21.6 cm) by 2.75” tall (7 cm) and 3.25" wide (8.3 cm) andcomes with a seldom seen original box. The2-tone apple green and dark green paint is accented with very nice tin trim andsome lithographed details. There is a very small spot or abrasion on the reardoor of the driver’s side. It can be seen in ...the photos. The lithographedinterior is almost a match to the exterior colors and looks great. All of the tin trim including bumpers, grill, sidetrim and taillights are very nice, but there are a couple of small tarnishspots on the side trim. The windows ofthese cars never included celluloid. The hubcaps look great, as do the whitewalltires. The baseplate is original and islithographed with a colorful drive train. The friction works just as it should. Theoriginal box is exceptional in concept and production. This is really a hard car to findparticularly in this condition. 14-Day return privilege. Buyer pays shippingcosts.
