for auction a vintage Blacksmiths shop floor mount vise. It is a B B Noyes Greenfield Mass. It is estate fresh right from the farm. It is as found and will need some serious cleaning. The main issue aside from the serious cleaning, is the foot pedal to tighten and hold the jaws tight is long gone and replaced with a lever handle. ( see pictures) This will work but may need to be altered to suit the new owners usage style. The floor vise stands 34'' tall. The jaws are 5'' wide.&nb...sp; The pivoting jaw is not currently pivoting. The previous owner has it wedged in position. ( see pictures) I am selling this as a total winters restoration project. Please see pictures for condition. Ask questions before you bid. Buyer this will be a local pick up only. If you need it shipped, you will need to make arrangements on you own.
