This is a hand made antique Beefeater statue. I am guessing that this is an advertising piece but it is different from the others I can find on Ebay. It is mounted on a wooden stand and measures 23" tall. It is in overall good condition but shows some damage under the coat. This is not visible unless turned over and has no wobble.
