Bottle is used in excellent condition, no chips, cracks, or visible flaws. Clear Bottle, blob top style aqua bottle.
From what little information I could find on this bottle, it is possible it was made exclusively for The Department of Corrections for a prison in New York, probably in Queens because the bottom front side of the bottle says "Thi...s Bottle is Never Sold" and on the reverse side is "D. O. C. 29". Bottle holds 10-12oz's. 7" in height.
