You are bidding on a BEAUTIFUL, BELIEVE TOUGH TOWN TO FIND EMBOSSED VARIETY Antique pharmacy PALE SUN PURPLE COLOR, 5 3/4" TALL VARIETY / drug store bottle once used at A DRUG STORE, PHARMACY called " FLETCHER DRUG CO - THE REXALL STORE (PHARMACY)" in 1880s-1900 era, in old downtown CANTON, MISSISSIPPITHIS IS A BEAUTIFUL SPECIMEN....HOPING YOU CAN TELL HOW NICE THIS ONE IS FROM MY AVERAGE PICTURE TAKING ABILITY :)...TH...IS IS A GREAT BOTTLE AND WAS TOLD A TOUGHER TO FIND VARIETY...THIS BOTTLE IS A BEAUTY, I CAN FIND NO DEFECTS, CRISP EMBOSSING...I KNOW ZERO ABOUT MISSISSIPPI MEDICINE BOTTLES...THIS CAME OUT OF A DRUG STORE BOTTLE COLLECTION FROM ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES....HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED....It is tougher than you think to find these old PHARMACY BOTTLES THAT ARE THIS NICE... THIS ONE HAS PALE SUN PURPLE GLASS, ….EMBOSSING IS CRISP ... GLASS AND EMBOSSING IS NICE...LOVE THE CLASSIC LOOK OF THIS BOTTLE...AND ITS A NICE BIG ONE The old town of CANTON is located in MADISON County, not far from towns of Vaughan and Jackson MSI have inspected this bottle, seems really nice..glass is very nice, embossing is crisp, (see gallery)...Can find no cracks, chips, or damage...nice sized bottle about 5 3/4" tall......has not been cleaned, glass is niceThe bottle is what I would call very pale purple colored glass, it is large and stands about 5 3/4" tall ...and it is a very nice specimen...THIS IS A TOUGH TO FIND MERCHANT BOTTLE... the GLASS IS GREAT , took pictures from all angles and in different lighting conditions to show glass, neat bottle.
