Vintage Benedikt NY Signed Gold Tone Blue Rhinestone & Cabochon Brooch Pendant. Condition is Pre-owned. All stones are in place and nothing appears to be loose. I am not a jeweler.I do not have "Immediate Payment Required" however payment due within 48 hrs from end of sale.JEWELRY TESTING ~ I do use acid testing for precious metals. I DO NOT apply acid to the actual piece of jewelry, this can ruin the piece. I use a testing stone and magnetic testing. If I state in the description that something is 10K, 14K, etc., it will be because it tested at that level on my stone and non magnetic. I DO NOT own or use an electronic devise to determine if a item is gold plated and/or filled. I will be as accurate in my listing as possible.I have a no return policy in place, however if there is an issue with your item after receiving it please do not hesitate to CONTACT ME. I am always willing to remedy a problem and if a return is warranted then I will honor it. At times there may be a short delay in response due to my work schedule. In the case of a return, item must be returned in the original condition as it was shipped to you. If the item is returned to me that has had acid placed on the piece, that is considered damage and no refund will be given. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and refunds will only be given for purchase amount.
