This stunning ‘ROSEBUD' Crystal Egg is extraordinary. The perfectly etched red glass egg design is enhanced with 24K gold inlay. This beautiful designed and fabricated egg has every characteristic of elegant and superb Faberge craftsmanship.Design:
The mouth-blown 4 i...nch long red crystal egg is deeply hand-etched and decorated with 24K gold.The egg is divided in eight segments, 4 in the top half and 4 in the bottom half of the egg. The segments are separated by 1/4 inch wide bordered cuts containing inlayed gold circles. The top segments each contain a wreath and ribbon design (photos# 2, 3, 4, 5). Each of the lower half segments contains a slightly larger wreath design containing an upward facing arrow thru the center (photos# 2, 3, 4, 5)). The egg is set on a 2 3/4 tall metal pedestal decorated in 24 K gold (photo# 6).Included is the Original Display Box and Signed COA (photos# 1 & 10).The EGG is signed and numbered by the Faberge artist (photos# 8 & 9).
