Vintage Folk Art Ship-in-a- Bottle Diorama Skansen Norge Ship Hudson Bay bottle
Such an interesting piece of Art, Inside the bottle is the large ship which is about 6 3/4" long. In front of ship is a much smaller steam boat. In the back behind the boat which is hard to see is what looks like a 3d steam train with smoke stack formed with little orange colored blocks and a engine in front. Next I see a 3d light house. The diorama back ground has dimensional... mountains with about 13 buildings painted on. One of the buildings looks like a church or school house.
This piece seems intact. No noticeable broken or missing pieces inside. Does not have a stand. Approximately 10.5" x 4.25". Bottom of bottle has what appears to be a triangle with a C and a 4, Cap on bottle has light wear and says Hudson's Bay Company Incorporated 2nd May 1670 with image logo with what appears to be two bucks and Fox
