MASSIVE 19th CENTURY CHINESE LANGYAO SANG DE BOEUF
PORCELAIN DOUBLE GOURD VASE
You are being offered a Very Large and Very Heavy Antique Chinese Langyao or Sang de Boeuf Porcelain Double Gourd Vase with a Monochrome Oxblood Red Glaze that thins at its Rim. The Vase doesn’t have any reign or hallmarks on its Unglazed Base; but we believe it was made during the Late 19th Century, circa 1850-1899. The Vase stands 19½ inches high and measures 1 inch in diameter at its Rim... and 12¼ inches in diameter at its widest point. There are Crackles in the Glaze, which we believe is crazing and Excess Glaze has been ground off the Side of its Foot because the Glaze accuulated there when it ran while the Vase was being fired in the Kiln; other than that, the Vase is in Very Good Condition, without any chips, cracks, scratches or repairs. Stated Terms and Shipping Charges Apply Only To Addresses Within The Continental United States. Shipments to addresses outside the Continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, will incur higher shipping charges that will vary according to the shipment's destination.
