VINTAGE THREE SAINSBURY'S, LONDON, SHIPPAMS, CHICHESTER and PLUMTREE, SOUTHPORT, POTTED MEATS & BLOATER PASTE POTS or JARS from the early 1900's that have been found buried in a Victorian domestic rubbish/ash tip a few months ago. The pots measure from left to right 4cm, 3.5cm and 3cm high, they are all in GOOD FAIR CONDITION being clean with no cracks or hairlines, there is no residue left inside either. Note the attractive glaze cracking caused by ...over 100 years of prolonged burial and some tarnish staining which is quite normal for pots of this type and age. There is a flake and a chip on the lip edge of Shippams pot, but apart from that the other two pots are OK as pictured above. I am quite happy happy to combine purchases for buyers to help save money on postage and shipping costs etc.
