Happy Feet TAP DANCING MUMBLE animated penguin toy. Measures approx. 10" tall, and is soft and plush with plastic eyes and beak, and a flocked head. He has plastic feet and a hard inner body. Mumble can stand by himself on a flat surface. Turn him on the "PLAY" mode, and he says, "Hi! I'm Mumble! Watch this!" Then, some funky song plays, and HE DANCES, flappi...ng his wings, and moving his feet, eyes and beak. Pretty hilarious! He also responds to your voice and will talk and say funny things.
