All of our items are shipped with insurance up to $100.00. If the item arrives damaged due to shipping it is the buyers responsibility to file claim with shipping service for reimbursement.
Global Shipping: We only use Ebay's Global Shipping Service without exception. Policy and Terms from Ebay apply. We appreciate our International customers. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying customs charges and any related fees for your item(s). Also please note that packages can be held up in customs and may take longer than expected for arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over that.

Photos are a true representation of the items color. Not all Vintage and Antique items are in perfect condition. Photos of flaws, damage and makers marks are the best representation of the items condition. We try do describe the condition of the items in writing, but we might miss something. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect each photo. If there is an issue in the photo that is not described please contact us and we will further describe or send additional photos (if requested) to the buyer before the auction ends. We do not accept returns for not as described for color or flaws because of this.

Returns: We do accept returns within 14 days for all items not covered in our policy above. A refund of the purchase price (less shipping) will be given provided that the returned item is packaged securely and received in its original condition within 14 days.
