Jack Hughes Attaboy-Early Abbott's Magic-Page Boy finds cards-18" tall-v.FINE

ITEM: This is a... Jack Hughes Attaboy, put out by Abbott's Magic Company, Colon, Michigan. A red painted wood Page Boy (Bell Hop) stands with an open front card box at his feet, and another at his chest. Three cards are selected and shuffled back into the deck. The deck is placed, backs outwards in the lower box. One at a time, a card is taken out of the bottom card box, held in front of the Page Boy's eyes and put in the upper card box. At any time, a spectator can say STOP when he thinks the card in your hand is one of the selected cards. When he says STOP, you turn the card in your hand over and it is one of the selected cards. This is repeated two more times, and at each time, when the spectator says STOP, the card in your hand is one of the selected cards. Page Boy comes with a Bridge Size deck of cards. Poker size cards will not work with the Page Boy. A set of new instructions have been written out to go with this item. There is also a routine where Alphabet cards are used and a "freely selected" word is spelled out by the Page Boy.
