The underside of the base is signed (see Photo #2) which I felt was important in cas...e the piece changes hands over time -- just so that there is no confusion regarding whether or not it came directly from Hagen-Renaker this way. I've been a Hagen-Renaker dealer long before the emergence of the internet, and especially love the H-R horses!SIZE: 2 3/4" tall (two and three quarters of an inch).DESIGNING ARTIST: Martha ArmstrongPRODUCTION PERIOD: The mold was originally used for Disney Sleeping Beauty Series "Samson the Horse" (a white horse with black mane and tail) from Spring 1959 to 1960. This is the 2019 Specialties Line re-issue in coloration as shown.
