This is a nice looking large sized oil on canvas portrait painting of a distinguished-looking gentleman. This old boy has the style of a gentleman from the early to mi...d-1800s though it appears as though the painting May date to the early 1900s. The painting has been lightly restored onto a newer canvas backing with a few small scuffs and discolorations still visible. There are also two small slits in the canvas of minimal concern. Overall a phenomenal looking Antique Painting full of outstanding content. Housed in a newer wooden frame with a few small scuffs and chips to the wood. Overall a great painting that is begging for a new life back on display.
