VICTORIAN GOTHIC CHURCH BRASS ON OAK FITTINGS PRICKET CANDLESTICK SCONCES HAND CUT THREAD C.1860
Up for sale and in excellent condition are this pair ofChurch Altar Candle sconces. They are mounted on an oval plinth which is Oak, unsure if these are original to the sconces.They have over time developed a deep patina, which is a lovely deep bronze colour. The sconces which fit in their original brackets, has a swan neck design and the ability to adjust them to where... you want the light to be.They date around 1860.The sizes are as follows: The oak plinth is 7 inch, s in length, The overall height including both the plinth and sconce is 12 inchs and the depth from the wall is 10 inchs.
