New Year's card for January 1, 1964; about 4.5" x 6.25" when folded. Mary Evans Seeley in her book "Season's Greetings from the White House", illustrates the 1963 Johnson card, and writes: "A complimentary card, smaller than the Christmas card, was made on textured white card stock with natural deckle enhanced by a small, blank embossed Presidential Seal and green silk screen border. The message read: 'Thank you for your holiday greeting...' Approximately 30, 00...0 of these Presidential thank you cards were mailed out after the first of the year." Clean, good corners. No envelope.
