Original WW2 Germany Army (Heer) Bread Bag strap. In very good condition considering its age.
The olive green color indicates that it belonged to the Wehrmacht. Of cotton construction with black leather reinforcements placed at the tips. Heavy duty green cotton stitching secures the inserts to the belt. Steel buckles allow for adjustment of the strap. Steel hooks with metal springs are placed at the end of the strap.
The strap could be used on a helmet for foliage (please s...ee the last photo). Has some slight rust due to age and storage. Otherwise it is in very good condition!
