You are bidding on a Chinese sterling case. I assume it is for cigarettes, but it would be a great wallet. The front is chased with a dragon, with the back being a textured plain finish. It seems that the dragon has a triffle bit of gilding. The case measures 6 5/8 by 3 1/8 by 3/8 inches. It weighs a heavy 6.5 troy ounces. It is marked "sterling" on the inside band. It is monogrammed on the front "G.A.L"(?). We typically do not polish our silver items since the amount of oxidation and... shine is a personal preference – the item will need to be cleaned. Will sell with no reserve. Successful bidder shipping rate is within the US. Shipment within one to two days of receipt of Paypal payment. AZ residents pay sales tax.
