Vintage Large Cast Iron Lion Head Door Knocker.
This knocker is an original reclaimed item.
It is a detailed casting with carefully sculptured features and mane- see photos. The handle knocker comes from the side of the lions mouth.
It is very heavy, 1.25kg. Dimensions are 13.5 cms from top of mane to bottom of chin/mane, 19.5cms from top of head to bottom of knocker, 11.5cms wide.
The knocker shows signs of age, as photos show. It has been cleaned and is ready for you to... apply a coat of paint in a colour of your choosing.
