Original Description:
This is a larger Navy jacket patch for a fighter squadron that was formed in WW2 and flew Hellcats, Corsairs and ultimately the F14 Tomcat. I think this patch is more of the Corsair Korean war era. It is 6.5" x 5.125" and would fit on the right breast of the leather jacket. The background is a felt or wool and has some moth nips that are pictured. This is a decent and genuine patch. On May-04-19 at 21:07:46 PDT, seller added the following information:BE ADVISED: this is only for t...he VF-74 patch. The other two are in separate auctions!
