Here is a nice first edition book by Soule, Frank, John Gihon and James Nisbet.  "THE ANNALS OF SAN FRANCISCO".  'Containing a Summary of the Historyof the First Discovery, Settlement, Progress, and Present Condition of California.Published: New York, D. Appelton & Co., 1854 FIRST EDITION.  Fair condition.Publishers dark purple cloth stamped in gilt and blind.  Six steel engraved plates (incl. frontis.), two maps, one folding, numerous text illustrations.8vo. 82...4pp.  Some foxing on plates.  The spine is split, poor condition.  The fold out map has some tears.A nice old first edition copy.NICE OLD FIRST EDITION!!  NO RESERVE!!  BUYER PAYS S/H.
