WWII Gilt U.S. Army Air Corps LARGE NORTHROP FLYING WING Fighter Bomber Airplane pin. The piece, is pin back with locking catch and is not marked .In the 1940s The NORTHROP COMPANY manufactured this plane for the US ARMY AIR CORPS and was considered "experimental". The PLANE measures 2 1/4" X  5/8" and is a hard to find FLYING WING in this size. The piece is in excellent condition coming out of an old collection put away over 30+ years ago.
