Condition: Superb condition as shown; it has had the Not In Use plate added (can be removed); unfortunately, it doesn't;t have the machine/dispensing part but it is unusual to find - especially in this incredible condition. The whole thing is approx 16" in length and 6 1/2" at widest and very heavy.
