Out of a Pacific Northwest estate- Not exactly sure of its use- is it a mold for fishing weights or gun bullets ??? You collectors will know. Heavy- made of brass and marked on one of the handles W.W. LEACH KELSO WN- interesting as we now use WA for Washington. A bit hard to open and close but I managed.
